Name: Adrienne Williams
Office: President
Bio: Adrienne L. Williams is the daughter of Thelma and Claudius Williams. Ms. Williams graduated from the St. Croix Central High School before going on to Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia. There she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications and a Master’s Degree in Urban Affairs.

Ms. Williams returned home and has focused her career and community involvement in areas that would assist families in achieving economic independence and improving their overall quality of life.

Ms. Williams is housing professional with over 10 years of experience in the housing industry. She is currently employed with the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Prior to this position, she served as the Regional Asset Manager and the Director of the Housing Choice Voucher Programs with the Virgin Islands Housing Authority. Under her leadership the HCV program was designated with the U.S. Department of Housing Urban Development’s (HUD) premier distinction of “High Performer” and was removed from the troubled list.

Ms. Williams enjoys giving back to her community and seizes any opportunity to make a difference. She is co-founder and President of Generation Now, Inc. is a community activist group focused on making a difference in the Virgin Islands. The group works to educate and inform the populace on the issues that affect the community. She was also appointed by Governor Charles Wesley Turnbull to serve on the Virgin Islands Commission on the Status of Women.

Ms. Williams also gives of her time to give motivational presentations to many student and community organizations.

She has one son, Paul and daughter, Alani.
   
Name: Albert Bryan

Bio: Albert Bryan Jr., born on February 21, 1968 is the eldest of four sons of Albert Bryan Sr and Genevieve Bryan.

Albert graduated from St. Dunstan’s Episcopal School in 1985 and attended Wittenberg University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1989.

Immediately after college, Albert returned to the Virgin Islands. He began his career working as a Materials Analyst for Hovensa. Albert worked at Hovensa for five years in a variety of positions, including materials management and was recognized on numerous occasions for his work.

In 1998, Albert married Yolanda Cabodevilla. They have two daughters, Alliyah and Sumayah Bryan.

In February of 2007, the current Governor John P. deJongh selected him to serve as the Commissioner of Labor where he currently oversees 9 divisions. The Governor has also appointed him to the Economic Development Authority (EDA) Board, where he serves as Chairman. Albert also serves on the Port Authority Board as the Chairman of the EDA.


Albert received his Masters Degree in Business from the University of the Virgin Islands in 2003.

Through the years, Albert has contributed generously towards the improvement of the quality of life for the citizens within our community. He was selected by the Delegate to Congress to serve as a delegate to the Black Caucus Convention. He has served on the Executive Board of the Young Democrats and has been an avid lobbyist for the improvement of the quality of life in the Virgin Islands.

In 2002, Albert co-founded Generation Now and has served as the Vice-President for the past four years. Generation Now has undertaken the mission of educating the public on key political issues, offering mentoring, performing community service, and providing leadership seminars.

Most recently, Albert has become a local TV and radio personality. He participates in the weekly radio show “Community Digest” and can be heard on 97X. Albert also serves on the panel of the TV2’s Talk 2 with Amos Carty Jr. Albert has provided election coverage for primary and general elections in 2004 & 2006. Albert continues his active public service with numerous panel appearances and think tanks to educate the public on issues affecting the island.
   
Name: Eurece Hendricks

Bio: Eurece Hendricks was born on the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. She graduated from the St. Croix Central High School Class of 1991 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands.

Eurece has been employed with the Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority since 1995. Having worked in several capacities, she now serves as the Supervisor of Customer Services. In addition to supervising the daily operations of the Customer Services Department, Eurece is also responsible for training the company's customer service representatives and resolving customer complaints when necessary.

Eurece serves as a Council Member for the Lord God of Sabaoth Lutheran Church. She is an avid movie-goer and is also fond of television detective shows such CSI and Law & Order.

   
Name: Karl Knight
Office: Chair, Planning & Development Committee
Bio: Karl Knight was born and raised on the island of St. Croix to Verna Brown and Delroy Knight. He was educated through the public education system, graduating from St. Croix Central High School in 1992. Karl went on to attend Morgan State University, where he received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude at the age of 19.

Upon returning home, Karl went to work as a Civil Engineer with the Water and Power Authority, providing project management and design services. Several years later he was promoted to Manager of Strategic Planning and Performance Measurement with the responsibility of overseeing the implementation of a performance-based management system at the company. In 2002 he was recognized as the management employee of the year.

Upon leaving WAPA in 2004, Karl started Twin City Real Estate Services, primarily a home inspection company. A year later he was tapped by Senator Terrence "Positive" Nelson to serve as his Chief Researcher in the 26th Legislature of the Virgin Islands. In this capacity, Karl was responsible for drafting the Senator's legislative initiatives and served as a principle advisor.

In 2007, Karl left the Legislature to assume a position as a Policy Advisor to Governor John P. de Jongh. In this new role, Karl not only advises the Governor on matters of public policy, but also serves as a Government House liaison to several executive branch departments.

Karl is a founding member of Generation Now! and has served on the Board of Directors from its inception. He was the first chair of the organization's Public Policy Committee and now chairs the Planning & Development Committee.

Karl is also a founding member of the St. Croix Hiking Association and an avid hiker. In 2007, Karl along with several members of the St. Croix Hiking Association, scaled Pico Duarte in the Dominican Republic, the highest mountain in the Caribbean at 10,164 feet.

Karl loves to read and has an insatiable appetite for knowledge and information. He considers himself a "Crucian Patriot" and wants desperately to see St. Croix return to its former glory as an enviable community to live in.

He is married to Shurla Jeffers and together they have a son, Kimani.
   
Name: Kenneth Milligan

Bio: Kenneth Milligan was born in Frederiksted on the island of St. Croix. He is the eldest of six siblings - three brothers and two sisters. He graduated from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida in 1995 with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Accounting. He is currently employed as a staff accountant at Tropico Management in Christiansted.

Kenny is an avid sports fan and a talented baseball player. He has previously played outfield with the Virgin Islands National Team. He enjoys traveling and being social. Professionally he aspires to eventually become a Certified Public Accountant and to continue to progress in the financial services industry.

A founding member of Generation Now!, he was elected to his first leadership role as Treasurer in January 2007.

Kenny is the proud father of one daughter, Kadence, born in 2008.

Bio: Name: Kevin A. Williams, Sr.
Office: Chair, Public Policy Committee
Bio: Kevin A. Williams Sr. is a dynamic young Virgin Islander. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems from Alabama State University and Master’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Virgin Islands.

Mr. Williams is currently the Deputy Administrative Director for Technology Services at the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands under the leadership of Chief Justice Rhys S. Hodge. Mr. Williams returned home after college to join the then Territorial Court of the Virgin Islands in 1995 as a Computer Operator. In January 2000, Mr. Williams was appointed by the Honorable Maria M. Cabret, Presiding Judge to serve as the Director of Information Technology in the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands. As the Director, Mr. Williams has transformed what was previously a manual court system into a court system that sits on the leading edge of technology. He has implemented integrated case management systems, video, and imaging systems to improve the delivery of court services. He has been honored with the Presiding Judge Vision Award, Employee of the Year, and Star Performance Division Award. He serves on the Criminal Justice Records Improvement Task Force, is a member of the Court Information Technology Officer Consortium, and also the Traffic Safety and Records Committee.

Additionally, Kevin is a staunch believer in education and giving back to the community. As such, he volunteers at various schools and the Upward Bound College preparatory program, highlighting to students the importance of education.

Mr. Williams has joined Generation Now! because he feels this innovative organization will be a driving force in promoting positivism and unity within the Virgin Islands community. Mr. Williams currently serves as Chairperson of Generation Now’s Public Policy Committee and a member of the Board of Directors. As a member, he will assist Generation Now! in charting a course to make the Virgin Islands a prosperous place for his children and future generations to come.

Mr. Williams is married to Wanda I. Williams and a proud father of three; Kezia, Kayla, and Kevin Jr. Mr. Williams also own his home and encourage others to do the same.


   
Name: Rosalind Estrill
Office: Chair, Marketing Committee
Bio: Rosalind Morales-Estrill was born on September 21, 1980 to Pedro and Angela Morales on the island of St. Croix. She spent the early part of her childhood with her grandmother Inez Ayala who didn’t know any English and as a result learned to speak Spanish. As a child she was afforded the opportunity to travel often as her father was in the Army National Guard.

After living in Puerto Rico for three years, Rosalind moved back to St. Croix to complete her education. She graduated from St. Mary’s School after completing the 8th grade and after completing junior high school at Elena Christian, she continued her education at the St. Croix Education Complex in the magnet program and graduated in 1998. She then went on to study court reporting in Atlanta, Georgia at Brown College of Court Reporting & Medical Transcription.

Rosalind moved to St. Thomas in 2000 and was married in 2001 to Troy Estrill. She currently lives on St. Croix with her husband and their two children, and works at the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority as a Program Technician. She has been on the Generation Now!, Inc. board since February of 2007 and currently conitnues to serve.

During her time as marketing chair, the committee has promoted several community service activities such as spending time with the elderly at Flamboyant Gardens and taking part in the annual MOTTEP walk. It organized Generation Now!'s first annual Emerging Leaders Cocktail Sip, kept the annual Old School Jam scholarship fundraiser alive, and took a delegation from the organization to Washington, DC to attend the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation's annual conference.
