Angels Wings Toy Drive
The smile of a child will
warm any heart. This Holiday Season, Generation Now and The Dare to Dream
Foundation spread their wings with the Angels Wings Toy Drive. Warm hearts and
smiling faces was the goal and it was certainly met when well over two thousand
gifts were collected from Crucian businesses and the public and distributed to
kids in our local housing communities on December 22, 23 2009. Harborview,
Croixville, and Canebrake Apartments' infants, toddlers, tikes and teens were
happy to see the arrival of many gifts just in time for Christmas.

Booster
Seat Clinic
Buckle Up! It's The Law.
Specifically, Virgin Islands Law Act NO. 7069 Section 1c-3. Generation
Now, in conjunction with the VI Office of Highway Safety made sure that Gen
Next rode safe and secure by hosting a Booster Seat Clinic on Saturday, October
10, 2009. Our Peter's Rest Headquarters stocked from floor to ceiling with
booster seats, housed generation now and highway safety personnel as they
educated the interested public and issued booster seats to qualified families.
Generation Now consistently endeavors to educate and safe guard the
quality of life for all Virgin Islanders and participating in this effort with
the Office of Highway Safety showcased no exception. There was great interest
and attendance. Treats were provided for the "younger motoring
populace" as we encouraged all in attendance to "click it" and
keep Gen Next secured on our roads, the road that we continuously travel on
Generation Now's movement of positive endeavors.
